RESUM

Aquest article té per objecte exposar la relació del jurista Francesc Masponsi Anglasell (1872-1966) amb la Societat de Nacions. A aquests efectes, s’aborda l’activitat de Maspons en els òrgans consultius de la Societat de Nacions, referida sobretot a la qüestió catalana, i la seva tasca de divulgació de l’obra d’aquella organització dins l’àmbit de Catalunya. Així mateix, s’analitza la influència queva tenir sobre Maspons l’ideari de la Societat de Nacions i la continuïtat dels seus principis, que ell veia en les Comunitats Europees.

This article aims to expose the relationship of the jurist Francesc Maspons and Anglasell (1872-1966) with the League of Nations. To this end, the activity of Maspons is addressed in the advisory bodies of the League of Nations, referring mainly to the Catalan question, and his task of disseminating the work of that organization within the scope of Catalonia. Likewise, the influence that the ideology of the League of Nations had on Maspons is analysed, including the opinionsof this author about their influence in the birth of the European Communities.
